近日，孙雯被任命为申慱sunbet官网入口-约翰斯•霍普金斯大学sunbet申搏教学副主任。

孙雯，副教授，硕士生导师。申慱sunbet官网入口英美文学系本科毕业，1999年毕业于申慱sunbet官网入口法学院，获法学硕士学位并留校任教至今。2005年获申慱sunbet官网入口法学博士学位。曾是中心校友，并于2000-2001年在美国约翰斯•霍普金斯大学高级国际问题研究院学习，获国际公关政策硕士学位。自2012年起担任申慱sunbet官网入口国际合作与交流处副处长。

自2002年起，在中美中心担任中国民商事法律制度等课程的教学工作，主要研究方向为国际商法、国际贸易法和文化财产法。曾在夏威夷大学、哥廷根大学、奥斯纳布吕克大学法学院等多所国外法学院访问交流。出版中文专著及合著四部，合译著作两部，在中文期刊发表相关论文20余篇。

Professor Sun Wen has been appointed the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of HNC.

Professor Sun comes to the Hopkins-Nanjing Center from the Nanjing University School of Law, where she is an Associate Professor. She received a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the Nanjing University School of Foreign Language Studies in 1996. She began teaching at the Nanjing University School of Law in 1999 and earned a PhD in Economic Law in 2005. Professor Sun is an alumna of the Hopkins-Nanjing Center (1999-2000) and a 2001 graduate of the Master’s in International Public Policy (MIPP) program at SAIS.

Professor Sun’s research interests cover international commercial law, international trade law, and recently, legal issues of culture property. She published A Comparative Study on Anti-Dumping Judicial Review in 2004 and is a co-author or co-editor of four other books. She is a co-translator of two books (The American Supreme Court and Process of Constitutional Decision-making: Cases and Materials). She has published several academic papers in various Chinese periodicals.

Professor Sun has been a part-time professor at the HNC since 2002 and has lectured on the Chinese Legal System and WTO. She has been invited to visit or give lectures in various law schools abroad, including the University of Hawaii, the University of Göttingen, and the University of Osnabruck. Since 2012, she has been deputy director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges at Nanjing University.
