各位中心校友：
为了办好本次庆典活动，更好地展现中美中心成立35周年来的办学成就和不同时期的校友风采，庆典组委会现向全球校友启动老照片以及为本次庆典专门拍摄的视频材料征集。中心将根据庆典主题需要整合加工后在不同平台或场合播放所收集到的素材。我们热切期盼大家踊跃提供具有一定价值的珍贵照片和视频资料。
材料征集起止时间
即日起至2022年5月20日
材料内容和要求
1、反映时代特征的老照片：包括但不限于上课、生活场景、文体活动、外出参观、学术研讨、来访接待、各类具有历史价值的印刷品和所获奖项等。发送图片材料请使用JPEG格式并附文字说明。多个材料请使用压缩文件发送。
2、为35周年庆典专门拍摄的视频：
内容包括但不限于个人及同学、同事、家人共同的回忆、中心经历的价值和对人生的影响、对中心未来的期待或祝福等。
视频拍摄开始部分需先进行简要自我介绍（姓名、入学年份、项目和当前工作等）。视频内容最后请使用一个词概括个人的中心生活。
要求传输视频为1080p HD/60fps，录制为MP4或者MOV格式。时长为不超过1分钟/条。如果使用手机或者PAD拍摄请使用横屏。
征集方式
1、请各位校友将照片或者视频资料直接上传至云盘:

Call for Materials
Dear Alumni:
In order toenrich our 35th anniversary celebration, the HNC 35thAnniversary Organizing Committee is now welcoming submission of old photos and video materials from alumni around the world to highlight alumni from all periods of the HNC’s history during the anniversary celebration and beyond.HNC staffwill integrate, process,and broadcast the collected materials on different platforms during and after the ceremony and on other occasions to illustrate HNC’s vibrant alumni community.To this end, we look forward to your enthusiastic contribution of photos and videos.
Deadline
From now until May 20, 2022
Material content and requirements
1. Old photos highlighting your HNC experience.
This includes but is not limited to the classroom,everyday life, cultural and sporting events, outings, academic events or seminars, visitor receptions,or various printed materials of historic significance, awards, etc.
Please ensure all photographs are in the JPEG format. See the description below for how to format the filename.
2. Video specially shot for the 35th anniversary celebration.
The content of these videos includes but is not limited to common memories of individuals, classmates, colleagues, and family members. This may also include the value of the HNC experience and its impact on your life, as well as expectations or hopes and wishes for the HNC’s future.
These types of videos should include the following content and meet the technical requirements:
At the beginning of the video, please provide a brief self-introduction and a current job introduction
At the end of the video, please use a single word to summarize a key aspect that you find central to describe your HNC experience
Format: 1080p, 60 frames per second, MP4 or MOV format. If shot on a phone or tablet, ensure video is shot horizontally
Length: Videos should be one minute or less
3.Media Collection Method
