中美中心87-88级校友Brian Linden（林登）先生及其创始的喜林苑荣获2014 Secretary's Award for Corporate Excellence。喜林苑不仅是一家精品酒店，更是一个跨文化交流的平台，它让更多的外国人了解到中国传统少数民族文化，并且为保护中国文化遗产贡献力量。时至今日，喜林苑已荣获国内外多个奖项并且受到中外媒体的广泛报道。

Linden Center in China operated in an ecologically sustainable manner that fostered awareness and appreciation for cultural heritage. It renovated an important historic building and converted it into a boutique hotel, which promotes local musicians and other artists. Linden also recruits employees from local communities to promote pride in their cultural heritage. 

喜林苑以可持续的发展方式促进人们对文化遗产的认识和欣赏。它将历史性建筑转换为精品酒店，促进当地音乐和艺术爱好者的交流互动。喜林苑还从当地社区招募员工，增强他们对文化遗产的自豪感。
