2016年4月19日，申慱sunbet官网入口-约翰斯·霍普金斯大学sunbet申搏在新加坡校友Mark Garlinghouse（中心90-91校友，InformationIndustry Executive with Information Solutions Media PTE LTD）、李明江（中心97-98级校友、新加坡南洋理工大学RSIS国际关系研究院副教授）等组织了一场有关“中美关系过去、现在和未来”的讨论会，邀请了有关专家与会讨论交流。sunbet申搏由申慱sunbet官网入口和美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学联合创办，成立于1986年。此次活动是即将到来的中心30周年庆热身活动之一，中心30周年庆典活动将于今年6月17-19日在南京举行。
此次活动吸引了诸多社会知名人士，包括中国驻新加坡大使馆临时代办房新文先生，美国驻新加坡大使馆经济政治顾问詹姆斯·莱先生，上海美国商会会长季瑞达先生（季先生是中心88-89级校友）等。会议由霍大SAIS校友、新加坡李光耀公共政策学院高级研究员Selina Ho女士主持。
讨论会涉及领域广泛，充分反映出中美两国关系的多元性。出席嘉宾代表来自学界、商界和外交界。讨论小组成员带来了影响国际政治、贸易、经济、安全等众多领域的议题、包罗万象的经验和切合实际的视角。
讨论会结束后举行了招待会，会上专家成员认真回答了来自与会听众的问题。中美中心在新加坡校友对SAIS中美中心办公室对此次活动提供的大力支持深表感谢。

On Tuesday, 19 April2016, Hopkins Nanjing Center alumni in Singapore organized a panel event withexperts discussing “Sino-US Relations: Perspectives on the Past, Present andFuture”. The event was designed to draw attention to the upcoming 30th Anniversary of the Hopkins Nanjing Center, a joint venture between NanjingUniversity and Johns Hopkins University that opened in 1986.
The panel featuredparticipation from Fang Xinwen, the charge d’affaires of the China Embassy inSingapore, and James Loi, the Economic and Political Counselor of the USEmbassy in Singapore. Also featured were HNC alumni Kenneth Jarrett,president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and Li Mingjiang,associate professor at RSIS in Singapore. The panel moderator was SelinaHo, Senior Research Fellow at the LKY School of Public Policy and SAIS alumnae.
The diverse rangeof topics discussed reflected the diversity of the relationship between the twocountries. With representation from academia and the business worldalongside the embassies, the group brought extensive experience and verypractical perspectives on this topic that impacts international politics,trade, business, security, and more.
The formal paneldiscussion was followed by a reception where the panelists were kind enough tocontinue to entertain questions from the audience as well as each other.
